Paul Neshamkin has 22 years experience working with electronic and online documentation. He spent 6 at WexTech Systems, the creators of Doc-To-Help? and AnswerWorks, where he was the Director of Training and Technical Support. While there, he developed the Doc-To-Help? training materials and course, and their third-party certification program. He also developed the training course and materials for ComponentOne, who now own Doc-To-Help?. He is currently a ComponentOne Doc-To-Help? MVP and Certified Trainer. He has been a long-time contributor to various online newsgroups and discussion lists starting with the old Compuserve forums, and including HATT, TECHWR-L, D2HUsers, and the ComponentOne Doc-To-Help? Newsgroup. He was awarded the Walden at the WinWriters Conference for being the Best Online Problem Solver. Paul has presented at many conferences and trained over 1,900 Help authors in classes all over the US, Canada and Europe. He heads his own online consulting and training firm, The Paul Neshamkin Group, which offers online design and development consulting, and training for all the online authoring tools.
